RECRUITMENT

This committee's focus will be on increasing alumni engagement within the FVBrAN. In the future, this committee will expand to also facilitate events and activities to recruit both new students to the Bridge Program and current students to the workforce.

Committee members: Melissa Fortuna, Brenden Wiggins, Dave Caudel, and the Executive Board

MENTAL HEALTH FUND

Mental health is a concern for many in academia, especially those at the graduate student stage. Fortunately, students who have "bridged over" to Vanderbilt have free access to a variety of mental health services. The same is not true for students enrolled at Fisk (and potentially those that bridge to other institutions). This committee will be responsible for collecting literature on the mental health of graduate students and establishing and maintaining an annual fund to support Bridge students without access to mental health services.

Committee members: John Rigueur, Melissa Fortuna, Dave Caudel, Susan Ramos-Hunter, Brenden Wiggins, and the Executive Board
